The Space
When we first stepped into this apartment at Oberoi, Goregaon, the space told a story of the past - heavy, dated furniture and an interior that had clearly seen years of use. But beneath that layer was a home full of potential.
The strong bones of the structure, generous ceiling height, a well-planned layout, and a long balcony opening up to beautiful views instantly stood out. The brand value of the society and the overall vibe of the space made it clear - this wasn’t about starting from scratch, but about reimagining and elevating what already existed.
This renovation project felt exciting from day one. The space offered the perfect canvas to play with design, transform the energy, and create a home that felt contemporary, functional, and alive—while fully respecting the solid framework it was built on.
Client Requirement
From the very first conversation, the client’s vision was crystal clear. They wanted a home that reflected class and visible luxury, with a design language that was modern, bold, and unapologetically contemporary. Anything conventional, traditional, or classical was a strict no.
What stood out was the client’s clarity and conviction. The brief came in strong—and stayed consistent. There was no back-and-forth or confusion, which allowed for an instant creative connection. We understood their vision quickly, aligned seamlessly, and moved straight into execution.
The Result
We pushed boundaries, experimented boldly, and layered the space generously, and it all came together beautifully. Gold accents, touches of bling, rich textures, and intricate detailing were used unapologetically yet thoughtfully. From 3D-effect wallpapers, gold PU profiles, crystal chandeliers, glass and mirror detailing, to MOP artifacts, every element added depth and character to the space.
The flooring made a bold statement, artifacts were curated with confidence, and each room was designed to tell its own story. Whether it was leather wall art in the guest bedroom, Indian-style seating, or distinct material palettes across spaces, the home unfolded as a series of thoughtfully crafted experiences.
What made this project truly special was the trust and creative liberty extended by the client. Every detail we envisioned was executed, nothing left undone, and the project was completed within the committed timeline. The result was a home that felt cohesive, expressive, and undeniably luxurious.

I came across Lifeskapes by Sapna Jain on Instagram while randomly browsing for interior ideas. Their work instantly caught my eye – clean, well-balanced designs with a nice mix of modern and traditional elements.
