The Space
A 3 BHK residence with a 950 sq. ft. carpet area, designed with minimal civil changes to respect the original layout.
The focus was on optimizing the existing spaces through thoughtful planning, finishes, and detailing, rather than major structural alterations.
Each room is carefully enhanced to improve functionality, comfort, and flow, resulting in a balanced home that feels efficient, cohesive, and easy to live in.
Client Requirement
The client’s brief for this project was intentionally simple—nothing jazzy or overly ornate. The requirement was to create a home that feels subtle yet luxurious, where elegance is achieved through restraint rather than excess. Each room was designed with a clear purpose and a distinct colour palette, thoughtfully curated to suit the needs and preferences of three generations living under one roof.
With a well-planned layout already in place, featuring balconies in both the living area and the bedroom, the key design objective was to enhance the sense of spaciousness while ensuring that the home effectively caters to the lifestyle and functional requirements of every family member.
The Result
The final outcome feels elevated, warm, and impactful, creating a home with a strong yet inviting vibe.The use of rich veneers and marble flooring adds depth and sophistication, while retaining the original layout ensures a natural flow throughout the space.
Redesigned washrooms enhance the overall experience, bringing in a fresh and contemporary touch.
Each bedroom carries its own distinct character, allowing every space to feel personal and thoughtfully crafted, yet seamlessly connected to the rest of the home.
The result is a well-balanced, refined interior that feels luxurious, cohesive, and effortlessly comfortable to live in.
Design Thinking
A 3 BHK, where the existing civil structure and wall layout were retained with no major structural changes.The design focus was on elevating the space through rich veneer finishes and upgraded marble flooring, giving the home a refined and premium feel. All washrooms were newly redone, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. Each bedroom was designed with a distinct vibe, ensuring individuality while maintaining an overall sense of cohesion across the home.

I came across Lifeskapes by Sapna Jain on Instagram while randomly browsing for interior ideas. Their work instantly caught my eye – clean, well-balanced designs with a nice mix of modern and traditional elements.
The space looks stylish but still feels homely and practical. I visited after the work was done and could see how thoughtfully everything had been planned – nothing felt overdone. My cousin also mentioned that the team was easy to work with and open to feedback during the process.
