Designed with simplicity and functionality at the core, this office was envisioned as a modern, open, and welcoming workspace. The layout promotes collaboration over hierarchy, with informal cabins and a flexible lounge area that easily transforms into a larger discussion zone.

Client Requirement
Designed end-to-end for JITO NGO, this commercial office was planned as a highly flexible, multi-use workspace. The layout seamlessly accommodates a dedicated daily-working team, occasional leadership meetings through informal cabins and lounge areas, and a large convertible zone for events and gatherings — maximizing space efficiency without compromising comfort or functionality.
The Result
The JITO Office features a refined palette of warm oak wood, textured finishes, and subtle mirror accents, creating a calm yet premium atmosphere. Adjustable lighting enhances functionality, while the grand double-height main door with leather-resin cladding makes a bold statement. Soft rust-orange highlights add freshness and visual contrast, completing the space with understated elegance.

The core idea behind this project was JITO itself. It was extremely important for us to work with a team that truly understood who we are, what we do, and the objectives behind this initiative. As an NGO, we never wanted the project to look like a typical NGO initiative. We wanted a corporate and professional identity, and understanding JITO at a deeper level was crucial to achieve that.
Overall, our experience working with Lifeskapes was very good. As the project progressed, the team was extremely accommodating and mindful of the changes we wanted to incorporate.
